New Year Resolution

In 2007 My new year resolution
"Diet"
In 2008 My new year resolution
"Diet"
In 2009 My new year resolution
Also "Diet"
Why "Diet" are often hard to achieve for Fat guy? hahaha
instead of Diet! I`m putting on weight every year. i wondering is there a effective way to diet ?

:D in 2009 I wanna graduate in deakin university, Mean i gonna pass all the remaining subject that i gonna take. hehe
